Return & Refund Policy

We want you to receive parts that meet your application requirements. If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly so we can review your case.

Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery for standard catalog items in unused condition and original packaging, unless a different period is stated on your quotation or order acknowledgement.

Non-returnable items

Custom-manufactured products, items cut or modified to your specification, and products marked non-cancellable/non-returnable at the time of order may not be eligible for return.

Return process

Contact us with your order number, part numbers, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions if the return is approved. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report shipping damage or packing errors within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible. We will work with you on replacement or credit.
